Car Rider Parent and/or Guardian,

We are implementing a car rider tag system here at Lakeland Highlands Middle.  If you will be picking up your student anytime during the 23-24 school year, please register on the form below.

Once registration is submitted, we will send home car tags with the students.

Beginning September 18^th, your student should know their car tag number and tags should be displayed for our staff to easily identify.
